Common questions

How do we share one album?

After you sign up, tap Start our album to get a short code and send it to your partner. They sign up, tap My partner already started, and enter the code. From then on, you both see and add to the same album.

Who can see our memories?

Only the two of you. Nothing leaves your album unless you choose to share a memory with your couple friends or add a photo to a date idea, and your partner OKs every share first.

How do we add couple friends?

Open the Us tab and tap Couple friends. Send them your friend code, or enter theirs. They see only the memories you choose to share with friends.

How do I report something or block a couple?

On a shared photo or date idea, tap Report. On a friend's post, open its menu to report it or block the couple. You can also block or remove a couple from Couple friends. We review every report within 24 hours.

Can I lock the app?

Yes. In the Us tab, turn on Lock with Face ID.

How do I delete my account?

In the Us tab, tap Delete my account. If your partner still uses Zikra, your shared album stays with them; otherwise everything is deleted. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Something isn't working

Close Zikra completely and open it again. Zikra updates itself when it opens, so this often fixes it. If not, email us with what you were doing and a screenshot.
